At LightIgnite, we strive to deliver useful, cost-effective digital products that exceed your expectations. Sometimes it’s hard to know exactly what you’re getting until you’ve bought it, though – and nothing is more infuriating than a purchase that doesn’t live up to the hype.

That’s why we offer a 30 day money-back guarantee.

It’s our promise to you that you’re getting the product and support you’ve paid for, and it’s a promise to ourselves that we’ll continue to pump out high-quality products our customers will be proud to build their business on.

How do I request a refund?

Simply email us at support@lightignite.com with order details, or request the refund via your account dashboard.

I’d call it “no-questions asked” but that would be a lie. If our products don’t meet your expectations I want to know why so we can do better in the future. I’ll ask you to be brutally honest and look forward to hearing your feedback (though you’ll still get a refund if you don’t provide any).

Exclusions and limitations

This refund policy is applicable to one-time product (themes, and plugins, and other resources) purchases and the first 30 days of monthly VIP membership service only. Custom development services, such as (but not limited to) PSD to LightCMS or website tweaks, are not subject to this refund policy and are instead covered by the terms of our development agreement and our website warranty.

Annual VIP membership plans are non-refundable (in part or in whole). I encourage you to sign up for a free trial (when available) or single month of VIP service before upgrading to an annual VIP membership.

We reserve the right to deny repeat refunds to individuals or companies we feel are abusing this refund policy.

Changes to the Refund Policy

We may amend this policy from time to time. Purchases are subject to the refund policy in effect at the time such purchase is made.
